Platinum Client unhappy

I have been a platinum client for many years now. And as I am typing this I cannot believe that I still am, since this holds NO benefits for me currently for what I am paying (which this month was TRANSACTION CHARGE R2.00 / ADMIN CHARGE R67.10 / MANAGEMENT FEE R205.00 --- giving a total of R274.10!)

One of the biggest selling points is that you will have a dedicated Platinum private banker.
I have contacted the Paarl branch on numerous occasions, and still do not have a private banker who I can contact to assist me with banking needs. I finally after a big effort had a gentlemen assist me for a few months, but he is since left and I am still waiting for someone to contact me after requesting again a contact person about a month ago.
(I assume Paarl does not have a dedicated Private Banker)

Also the Priority Pass is very handy, but since it expires so quick and takes so long to manually have to request replacements continually, you really have to be organised to have a valid card in your hand on your date of travelling.
