Want to open an investment account

I want to open an investment account for my Estate. I contacted my personal banker who deferred me to our branch. They were excellent at getting back to me (26 Sept) with the options, taking the time call and talk me through everything to be sure I understood and was able to make an easy choice.

I referred the information to our trustees and we gave the go-ahead same day.

By 29 Oct nobody from FNB had reverted, so I sent a follow-up email to say we'd already lost a month's interest and please to get a move on.

It's another month later and we're now 2 months' interest down and still nobody has contacted us or implemented the request.

Please advise if there is a central contact that we can use to bypass the branch, otherwise this may never happen. I'm a Platinum banker and happy to use my Personal Banker if she's given permission to help me please.
