Lack of communication and no call back

My personal banker left the bank and I was not notified of his replacement leaving me with nobody to contact.
I was given the name of a temporary person to contact who I have called 4 times with no call back!!!

Unbenowst to me and with no written communication, the bank changed the way it was handling my Platinum account causing returned debit orders. I was under the impression that having a Platinum account I would get more individualized attention.

I work and don't have time to spend hours in the bank. This type of service is unacceptable and very frustrating.
