Platinum Client - SO WHAT ATTITUDE

We are Platinum card holders of FNB, this means you pay a higher monthly fee in order to get premium service. Included in this is a personal banker.

Yesterday we decided that we want to apply for a home loan through FNB and then received confirmation back that a consultant will contact us within 24-48 hours. We don't have time to wait that long so decided to call the personal bankers, they then told us that we still need to go through the home loan department and that they can only follow up on the process of the application and that they cannot speed up the application time.

I feel we are led to become platinum card holders under false advertising. I cannot understand how we as loyal platinum clients of FNB are receiving the same treatment as non FNB clients applying for a home loan.

SHAME ON YOU FNB!!!
