I have sent 3-4 mails to Outsurance as I am no longer in the country. I have aksed that they amend my policy, but they have conveniently ignored my request, and as a consequence, taken another payment from me this morning.
I would appreciate if someone from Outsurance responded to this complaint and sorted my issue out as a matter of urgency.
And as i mentioned in every mail, do not phone me, I am now residing in Australia.
PLEASE MAIL ME!
