Disgraceful service received

I heard the advertisement on the radio about FNB's excellent service and decided to switch my account by sending an sms. The progress started, I received the relavant documentation to open the account and to switch over my debit orders, salary and benificiaries (which was advertised as a hassle free step). I provided all the relevant documentation and after a 3 weeks received my cards. When I wanted to use it I found out that my account was still not activated and I had to provide documentation again for the third time!! End of the month came and my salary could not be paid in as again according to the bank they could not activate my account as they had not received my proof of residence (even though it was shown to me as scanned in on their systems the previous times I've been to the bank). This was finally resolved and i received my salary. Another issue was that only half of my debit orders were switched and none of my beneficiaries were loaded, was requested to send documentation again in order for them to do the necessary changes.

The service I received was definitely not as hassle free, quick and easy as advertised and I feel it is false advertising!!!
