I have four loans with Nedbank which I am not happy with service that I am recieving as their over charging my account which is causing a bad record on my cheque account, i called them to advised them that there was a on my account. The decided to double charge my accounts on the 20 January 2013, 22 January 2013 and 23 January 2013. when I called their contact centre they were so rude and advised me that the debit whenever there is amount reflecting on an account. which made me so furious. I have been a Nedbank customer for since 2010. I REALLY FEEL LIKE I AM NOT IMPORTATNT TO THEM. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH BEING DEBITED ON A DIALY BASIS.
