I went into dial-a- bed on saturday, they tried to submit three transaction which declined- timeout failure was the description of the decline. Since Monday the 25th I have been calling std bank for assistance as all three payments have in fact gone off on my bank account, no one can assist, they say each day that I need to wait for 24 hrs for them to reverse the payments. It is now 72 hrs later, when I can call in they say they cannot see the 3rd debit. This amounts to R12000 that I am querying. I need this sorted out immediately, I want my bank charges credit and the interest that I would have received had the money in fact still remained in my account. It is close to the 1st and I now have R600 to my name. My debit orders will reverse and I am expecting an apology letter from standard bank for all the inconvience this has caused as I have to sit on the phone for hours on end trying to get someone from there to help me. I am at my wits end and dont want to hear about another 24 hr story. WHERE IS MY OTHER R3998 GONE TO?
