To whom it may concern

This is the 2nd time i have had to come through hello peter to get someone to sort out my account.
Someone tried calling me back but couldnt get through to me. I wanted to return the phone call but everytime i call the number (011-376-4000) its just keeps ringing. I have emailed this lady repeatedly and she only responded once.

my complaint is about my standard bank acc and the arrears on it .(2) my blue account which as far as i know
has been paided up in full as i had a garnisher coming off my account abt 3-4 yrs ago but it still reflects as unpaid balanace on my credit report .(3) i had a loan from the bank and cudnt continue paying it so i am assuming it has been handed over. Could someone just tell me what has happened to this and wat was the amount still oweing.

i would like some clarity on all the above matters urgently please.
