Over a month ago I settled and cancelled my RCP loan with Standard bank. The account is still on my credit report and it shows the full balance. It's like I never settled the account.
I emailed your complaints lady Samantha Ontong a week ago, but as she never responds to emails I am only left to complain at Hello Peter. Why do I keep having to go public before my issues are resolved?
This isn't my first complaint about the credit report being wrong. Please sort this out ASAP!
