First National Bank
My money disappeared

This is my second complaint. Am being tossed between FNB and standard bank. FNB put my money in aome eight digit account number of standard bank that didn't belong to me. FNB also says they have made investigatios and the money was utilised according to their communication with standard bank. I have phoned standard bank who said they do not have eight digit account numbers and there is no way the account belonged to someone. I need clarity on what happened to that money because I need it.
