Proceeding without my acknowledgement

I am very dissapointed at a consultant that assisted me from FNB on Monday, i enquired online about the procedures to follow when i need a bank to buy a car for me. it was an enquiry and then i received a call from Elizabeth explaining to me that they first have to check if i qualify for an overdraft and it turned out i qualify for R15, 700.00 she said she will forward me an email to read about the overdraft and if iam happy about it i should let her know then she will process the money in my account. (only if i'm happy and understand it)

I emphasised to her that i will go through it first then let her know if i'm interested and that she must not process anything until she gets my go ahead, this morning i wanted to buy airtime via internet banking using my ebucks points and voila R15, 700.00 in my account without my consent and what's worse i did not receive a notification like how i normaly do when cash is deposited
