Hi, we took a standard bank home loan roughly a year ago. I have asked them to review my interest rate on several occasions. Probably 5 or 6 times. Until today no one has bothered contacting me to say "NO" they have rejected the proposal. Each time it just gets shut down, I have to call them and ask what happened. They don't give any feedback to their clients. I have a shocking interest rate of PRIME 2. Now you can understand my frustration.
