Opened an online account with FNB on the 15th of February and everything went smoothly. The courier company contacted me not so long afterwards to make arrangements for my card to be delivered, once again, smoothly. I went to the bank to get a temporary card whilst awaiting my cheque card and the service there was so fast and friendly. Now I am hoping my application for a device will also go as smoothly as the rest of the services as I received from FNB!!! Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank FNB for their help.
