Motorite is taking a ride for its customers

I took my car to Fourchi Service centre in Germiston, they were delaying to have my car fixed, so i contacted the so what called the call centre to inform that i need to use my car to arrange the funeral service for my late father by the 21 March 2013, the women @ the callcentre advised me to take it to VW dealer, i then told her that they are fully booked for that week, then she advised me to take it to the nearest RMI agent of which i did google and find one in Robertsham, South of Joburg, upon my arrival i explain to the Man called Davi and his response towards hearing the word Motorite was negative and he showed me last year unpaid claims by Motorite, i then asked him to log a call and he was told that they cannot continue process the claim until Fourchi Service centre write a letter of cancellation to avoid claim in the near future, ok fine, Davi contacted Fourchi to forwad him letter of cancellaton of which they did on the 19th March2013 and forwarded them to Motorite, i had to pay from my own pocket because Motorite was sending Davi of Robersham Service Centre from pillar to post, now i need my refund of R3750 which was authorised before i could take my car to the new RMI agent.
