Not allocating payments

After my complaint about Bears not wanting to fix my TV and I do have insurance on it, now they are not allocating my payments correctly. I put a stop payment on my account due to the fact of the bad service received, them started paying via eft. I was told that Bears needs to send through the amounts to African Bank to allocate. They started a debit order again in January 2013, but still did not find my December 2012 payment. When the call centre phoned i complained about this and they advised to send the proof and they will rectify it, which I have done on the same day. After my debit order went through successfully, I received a statement and still my December payment is not reflecting on there. So where did my payment go to? Did Bears not submit it to African Bank? I kept on e-mailing asking them to correct my account. My Feb debit order did not go through, so how is that possible if they took the payment in Jan. They are messing up my account and expecting me to be satisfied. Now they are phoning me for payment. I believe that the Bears and African Bank are not communicating and this is why my account is in such a mess and I want them to rectify it!! Ive been asking since Nov
