Went to 2 banks in the mall on saturday namely nedbank and african bank of which the consultants attended to me very helpfully asked if i have all the relevant documents with (I did) and they welcomed me in. Unsucceddful @ those 2 banks then went off to capitec bank who is also the bank i bank with! Got to the door the mal consultant named Bjorn assisted me "good mam.how can i help i told hoim what i wanted he then asked me do i have all my documents with and i did he asked if my H.R was @ work i said no and all he said was sorry we cant help you if your H.R not in! Point is none of the other banks refused me @ the door because my H.R wasnt in work on the weekend. He surely doesnt know much about customer satisfaction! Not impressed and will be closing my capitec savings account soon!!!
