Frustrated

I have loan account with AfricanBank, They failing to provide with with detailed account statements. I call everytime, they just promised to e-mail the statement within five minutes and it never happens. I raised the matter with their complaints department and still nothing was done, to remeedy the situation

They only send account balance via sms and am not able to see how the arrived at the balance
