Staff dont know there job and how to deal with cus

I was at your branch once again this morning to go find the reason why the funds are not transfer ed yet. Friday afternoon 22/02/13 phoned me to inform me that all is in order with the documents that I have handed in on the Thursday, when I was informed the funds will be transferred. On Friday he informed me that the legal department look at the documents and found all in order and that the money will be transferred on Friday. I can come in on Monday to closed the account. I gave them a day grace, where I have to find out that it the paperwork was transfered to the St george branch who need to transfer the funds. They waiting on authorisation.

If this matter is not resolved by the end of business I will have no choice to go to the ombudsman and the newspapers. Don't you train your staff as they certainly dont know how to do there jobs.
