I was at your branch to sort out a matter of my mother who passed away. Two weeks ago I was there in the branch to obtain a letter which inform me the account was open for moneys to be paid in. I went there today to get these last funds as I need to pay accounts ect. After an hour and a half the cashier/enquiries told me that I cannot transfer the funds as the account is not estate late according to the bank manager. I was told to open an estate late account with one of the consultants. She phone head office and deceased estate of your bank who informed her about the process. Going back to the cashier he took all the forms and documents and informed me that I will be contacted.i ask him how and when will the paperwork be process. He told me that it will be in the cause of the day once the manager signs the documents. They dont have a phone number of me so how are the going to contact me. I gave my number and hope that the transfer will be done after spending that amount of time. Please educate your staff as they are wasting potential customers time. I will never do business with your company
