Exceptional service

I recently went to Fnb in order to change some personal information concerning my account. I saw that there was a Que and didn't expect any better. While waiting in the Que, Alheitia (which I am assuming must be in some management position) approached me to ask what I was in the que for. I told her the reason for my visit and the next minute she blew me off my feed with her eagerness to assist me and the professional manner in which she done it.
She dedicated at least about 20minutes (the bank was quite full) to my own personal queries taking me through step by step everything that I needed to do. She never only done this in such a professional manner but kept a smile on her face throughout the whole time.
In South Africa you don't often expect this type of service in most places anymore.
Just from the service that I got from Alheitia has made me feel so positive about Fnb. I will make an effort to promote their product where ever I go and highly recommend them to anyone that is expecting true service especially Alheitia.
