Bait Marketing and Failure to Fulfill Deal

I got a home loan from Standard Bank and I was given a 90% bond. I asked when I would be eligible to apply for the 10% refinance I was told that the requirement was to move my main account to them. I moved my account and applied only to be told I had to bank with them for at least 6 months. After 6 months I applied and I was told I had to be with the bank for 12 months. After 12 months I was declined again given reasons which did not apply to me. I was told to go to the branch to follow up. I did and they gave me a different set of reasons. I was referred to Bank Complaints and was given another set of reasons. I have replied to their emails and it is now over 1 month and they have simply never replied again. I was sold Prestige Banking and up to now I don't know my prestige banker who is supposed to give me personal service. I pay a premium for this service and yet Bayside Branch does not have a Premier Banker. I'm very disappointed with the deceit they used to make me move from FNB. If no resolution I will take it further with all available methods of redress.
