Norton Attorneys = Diana Boys 011 317 9700. Ref VA092732. A email was sent through to acknowledge payment arrangements. We have communicated and corresponded via email. Payment was made on the 23 February of R312. Absa has gone into my account and did a Direct Journal Entry of R3500 without prior consent without communication and with no email statements sent through to me. There has been no correspondence and receipt of any of my payments. I am highly upset and I request that the above mentioned matter be addressed A.S.A.P. All they say is they cant reverse the amount. How on earth am I able to eat for the rest of the month as I have just been recently been employed as of the 7th January 2013. I'm Irate and Upset as I wont have a roof over my head if I don't pay my rent.
