Accessing funds from bank account and Overdraft

I have been unable to withdraw any of my available funds for the last few days. When I look at my balance it says I have funds in my account and I can't even withdraw any amount. This is extremely frustrating for me as I need to use this money. How can a bank receipt from the bank atm say that I have reached my daily limit, when I am unable to withdraw anything from my account. I hope that this will be sorted out very quickly please.
