Cannot access funds in my account

I did an instant transfer 2 days ago, which turned out not to work, i had to go to the branch to get it resolved, at the branch I was told to cancel the transaction and the funds will be credited into my account immediately, i did so... its been 2 days and i still don't have access to the funds in my accounts, every time i try to withdraw or make a transaction it tells me insufficient funds... all i want to know is how long will it take for this to be resolved, i do not have time to go to the branch, i cannot call the customer care line either... please fix this
