Not delivering a promised service

I've taken out a policy June 2012 and paid each month. This month I've got a scratch on my car I've sent photo's as requested and based upon the photo's they just decline my claim, saying that it exceeds what they are covering which is a load of bull as NOBODY even came out to assess my car! The scratch on my bonnet is NOT 150mm long or deep. Where the paint is off on my fender might be 7cm - but they just told me over the phone without coming out as they promised when selling the policy to me that they don't cover this! This is a freaken joke!!! I cancelled my policy with immediate effect!...but lost over R1000.00 FOR NOTHING!!! I am furious and VERY disgusted!! I will tell everybody I know about this!! BAD BAD UTTERLY BAD SERVICE!!! I can not believe that I was cheated ONCE AGAIN by people who doesn't care about your problem - they just LOVE to recieve your money!
