Ank charges not my fault

Dear Sir/ Madam. On the 27 Dec 2013 i went to make a cash deposit at zevenwagt mall at the atm. However the atm could only do limited service and could not accept cash deposits. I then had to go inside the branch to make a cash deposit of R280. I then discovered that i was charged a cash deposit fee of R30 . If the atm was avalable to do all service my bank charges would had been R5, 00. You can check i have made most of my payments via the atm to save on bank charges. Please credit my acc with R 25 which is the difference between the fees. I would have had only paid R 5 if the atm machine was in full working order.
