I just don't get it. Banks receive nemerous amounts of complaints about unauthorised debit orders going through customers' accounts by what seems to be unscrupulous entities. There is a visible trend and banks, FNB in this case should have an idea as to which debit orders are valid and which aren't valid. I mean if 20 people come complain about a certain company that debits their accounts regularly, why would FNB still allow that same company to debit another person's account? Is it because they don't want to lose out on fees they charge us to reverse and stop debit orders?? I reversed a debit order today, as soon as there was a credit balance on my account, another unauthorised debit order went through? FNB is not loyal to it's customers and I wouldn't advise anyone to bank with them.
