Absa has beeped me for the last time

I relocated in November and immediately went to FICA my Absa account. On Monday 18 Feb I perchance found out that all my accounts had been blocked. Absa has my cell number, work number and email - could you not just have picked up the phone and notified me of the issue you are having? It happened to be the worst timing ever as it was the day I left for my overseas trip. Can you imagine the drama when trying to withdraw money from Europe and not being able to due to YOUR INCOMPETENCE! I am a platinum cheque and credit card holder; Absa also has my home loan and vehicle finance, AND my business account - is this how you treat a customer like that? Well, no more - I am tired of being treated like a number and you thinking you can do with my money what you like. Absa is the worst bank ever - I will be moving all my accounts to FNB. Happy new bank to me!
PS - don't bother contacting me - I want nothing more to do with you useless lot
