Possible unauthorised acess to account by staff

A legal situation has arisen been two partners and all of a sudden I am unable to gain access in any way to the business account and many of the contact details on my personal account have been changed - as no changes could be made on these accounts without the pin / authorisation number that I get sms and none were received the changes surely have to have been from within the bank and through there computers and "over ride" codes.

And guess what the partner has family that work at Absa before creating a scene and / or casting doubt over someone unnecessarily we have been into the branches - moment it possibly involves staff nobody wants to assist - and the entire branch avoids you.

So we tried the department - 3 phone calls and messages for the head of the, because nobody lower wants to assist, we are still waiting - so my suggestion to all of you that bank with ABSA find yourself another bank - all Company's can possible unauthorised conduct but not all handle it the way ABSA has.
