What a NERVE

Two years ago I bought an Audi A1. I kept my golf, the resale was not worth selling. I told a friend of mine she could use the car her preferred mode of transport is a scooter, but if I needed a larger boot, then I would use it, we BOTH drive this car.
AT THAT TIME, that purchase DATE I updated my policy with my new car AND provided an alternative driver her name. I have received a request to update the regular driver I cannot tell you how many times, and EACH TIME I provide the same. Proactively and on purpose each time I am asked.
Today ANOTHER request for the regular driver, I phoned and wanted to speak to Greta - she signed the email I received, not available. After a LENGTHY call with a call agent who didnt seem to get it, I was read the 'riot act' for I understand if I dont do this or that it will invalidate the policy.
YOU have taken my money for TWO YEARS! HELLO, I phoned YOU. I provided you, not once but umpteen times with the detail.
YOU MiWay clearly cannot get YOUR records right. TODAY I have decided to phone Budget and any other insurance company, I am beyond irritated with the 'favour' you feel you are doing for me wrt taking my money for insurance
