Compliment and Complaint>
I called Miway insurance two weeks ago to update the regular driver in the policy. Busisiwe Shabangu is the fifth person I spoke to and she managed to update the cover. The other three consultant told me that there was a system error and they could not help me, the one I spoke to in the morning today 29 August 2013 promised to call me at 11:30 and she did not, I forgot who her name is. I never had a problem with Miway I just don't understand what happened in this instance.
