Call Centre Incompetence

Due to the nature, that my father is busy with financing of a new car and I will be the regular driver of the vehicle and that I have a running policy with MiWay, I have placed the vehicle onto my policy.

As the financial institution needs confirmation of cover, I phoned MiWay yesterday, to change the registered owner of the vehicle to my fathers details. After about 30 minutes, the consultant were still unable to understand plain English and after wanting to change the policy holder etc. eventually he understood that all I needed was to change the details for the registered owner of the vehicle. He then told me that they are unable to change it, but they are willing to send me confirmation of cover with the provided information that I need. "Now I am still awaiting on that confirmation of cover! "

I have had many headaches with the service that MiWay provides in the past and I am socked with the incompetence in the MiWay Call Centre. I hope it is time that they realize that they are not the only service provider out there and more than likely to go to another insurance company. Quick to get the business and to take the money, but from there on wards, it is all down hill.
