Guys, i didnt waste my airtime calling you to cancel my policy to get the response - no problem we will call you back, we all know you will not, if i have a look at the complaints. Please i want this policy cancelled, i have no problem giving you a months notice, i just want this policy cancelled ASAP! I wanted to insure another vehicle on your policy, MY VEHICLE, with a different Regular driver, i have been honest giving you correct information and i get - sorry we cannot insure the vehicle/driver, just because he had a rough time in life and now you still want to punish him 2 years later??? - In my experience you CAN insure someone who is under debt review, you can even insure someone who has judgements, they just need to disclose it!!! never mind that you are seen as a high risk and thats why you pay a higher premium which i understand and i have no problem with that, but not you guys. so thats no problem, ill take my vehicle and the new vehicle and insure it somewhere else! Thanks. call me today as i want this done URGENTLY as im already looking for someone else who will take the business.
