Returned goods to them, but they are still billing

Bought a Tab from Finchoice in July 2012 and it was delivered to me on the 4/7/2012, I called them the following week that I don't like the Tab as it didn't have everything I wanted/expected and I was told to post it back to them and I did that before 16/07/2012. They told me they will refund me the 1st installment that they took when they get the Tab back. No one ever called me that they got it or not, I have been calling them ever since then, none of the agents can tell me when they will stop debiting my account. No one from the whole company can tell me how long it takes for them to get the Tab from Warehouse, scan it and cancel the debit order as I was told that's what needs to be done. Every time I call and request to speak to senior I am always told that they will call me back and none has happened. This is the worst service I have ever received from a company, Not even one senior person has a decency of calling me and explain their process, I am so disappointed in them and wouldn't even refer anyone to such a pathetic company. I even went to my bank to load a stop payment and guess what (the following month those crocks changed ref number and debited my account again).
