My mother passed away in October 2012, I called all the companies she had accounts with, including Finchoice, and sent them all the paperwork they required to close the account. On two occassions I called them to ask if the account is closed and both times I was assured that everything was in order so why are these from creditworks calling me and howling me about my mothers account? She's dead she can't come to the phone yet these fools keep demanding to speak to her. Just sort out your blood hounds please this is unacceptable I have better things to do with my time than argue with.
