Thank you Julius we need people like you

Yesterday i saw an article on Moneyweb that Julius wrote around debit order problems that various customers experience. I sent him an email about a problem i have had since Arpil 2011 when a company unknown to me debited my account with R 1 658.28. Since i only discovered this during may i waited to see what was going to happen at the end of May. To my expected dismay another similar amount was debit on 30 May. On 31 May I approached Std bank and queried the debit order. they said they could only assist me with the May debit and not the April debit. Std bank then gave me details of the providers that debited my account. I called Finchoice, a company i never had dealing with to query the debit. I was sent from pillar to post such that i had to report the matter to the national Consumer Commission. The NCC did not help and i never heard from them. yesterday i just tried my luck and i sent Julius the email By this afternoon i received a call from Finchoice who admitted to the error and they will be processing my refund with interest. Viva Julius. You are a STAR! Keep up the good work!
