Account Update/Bad Service

I had an loan Account with Finchoice which I paid up in July 2013 it was handed over to Andre Van Der walt who send me settlement letter and promised my details ITC will be updated in due time, to my surprise I receive a call from Saya recoveries (Sandra Solomon) threating me of legal action if I do not pay my account even when I explained that I do not have account it was paid up she continued calling me and sending threatening emails to me I then called FinChoice who promised to investigate and call me back in Sept 2013 I even called Andre Van Der Walt Attorneys to get assistance but none could help me until today my account is still not updated with ITC and none of the Finchoice People call me back to explain what is happening I keep being threatened by this SAYA RECOVERIES to pay account and avoid legal action. this is really unacceptable this threats have a big effect in my life to be told of legal action yet I have paid my account 6 months ago and not one is doing anything to get back to me and explain. 8504065644083
