TAKES HOURS TO FIELD ONES CALL & NOT OPEN SAT

Calling this call centre is a money wasting excercise, u never get thru but u are told to hold on. They also say on their recorded messages that they open on a Saturday but this is not true as i just tried phoning but got told by voice machine that they are not open. i would just like to find out hwow far my claim is from processing as it has been months and the last time i actually got through the call centre lady told me that the onus is on us to contact them not the other way around. She also confirmed that i am on the list to recieve a payout. What should one do to get your attention? Your company took our money gladly and like clockwork but now youn dragging your feet. Claims sent in by fellow industry acquaintances got paid out in no time but they sent it after mine!!! Leaves a bad taste in ones mouth! i have even emailed your fund but once again u get an automated response. What to do?
