Terrible service and bad attitudes

Cant believe it takes so long just to get you own money back I was told that it takes eight weeks clearly it does not
Phone the call centre the in competent arrogant and rude. Every week they tell you to call next week call in two weeks time.
When they deducted you provident fund off your pay you don't say try in two weeks. I simple error on the surname and it takes another month.

If you check correctly you paid me out on this same account but now it's a problem.
Please educate your staff on how to treat customers they treat you as if they doing you a favor, but with out us calling in you wont have a job.

I urgently need my money what does it take to get it bribes
