CREDIT CARD APPLICATIONS

After listening to Steve on radio, you'd think FNB would keep to their promises they make in their adverts. I applied for a new credit card on the second of May and true to their word, the phoned me within 24 hours. I completed their questionaire and the requested my latest payslip and ID. The next morning i sent it to the email adress given to me just to get a reply that my message was DELETED BEFORE BEING READ. I tried to send it again after 30 minutes anda again after another hour, both messages coming as being DELETE BEFORE BEING READ! Phoned customer care regarding my problem, transferred me a few times, and then someone helped me with another email adress and the mail came back stating exactly the same! Phoned again and another person told me to fax it through. A week later a persons phones asking for my copies, tried mailing them AGAIN, and was read. A week later again, someone phones me for my documentation and gives me her personal work email adress. Time went by and no response. phoned in again, aplication was approved, Next day they need my Id again all of a sudden, yesterday, they need my payslip, AGAIN!! I cancelled my aplication because FNB IS USELESS!!! NEVER AGAIN!
