My car premium combined with my home content insurance is R1191.
Of this premium, R891 is the car.
I have called around and the average price I get is R450 for my car.
Outsurance say they cannot reduce the car premium as it is linked to the other policy and if I cancel the car ins, the premium for the contents policy climbs from R300 to over R800.
I have had many chats to see what "can be done" but sadly this company that I really admire, I am going to have to say goodbye.
