Thank you Geraldine for your help in reducing my premium. I phoned on 30 August 2013 to have my policy reviewed as the yearly increase came through and my premium was very high. Not only did Geraldine not increase my premium she also reduced the existing premium. Thank you Geraldine for your awesome friendly service.
