I have been called and haressed by a lady named mrs/miss Desai, she call over 30 times in a day. she is rude and not fit to be a call centre agent. she shouts she makes demands of her own and simply arrogant.
Im so sick and tied of this women calling me on my cell, home and work. It would have been a different if she spoke to me in a decent manner yet this was not the case. I would like to request all call recording that was made me as i am going to take this matter further. Arrogant and unprofessional shouldnt be employed in a call centre, i run a call centre and this is disgracefull from antony richards and attorneys.
