I queried the address detail on the Premium re-rate and the premium on one of the vehicles. Not only was Outsurance prompt (which is why I use their services!) but they went through the whole policy with me and I actually ended up with a reduced monthly rate on my insurance. They reallyDO bend over backwards to please.
