Outsurance
My car was Vandalised in Outsurance Yard

My husband went to collect the car this morning and noticed loose cables from under the dash. He looked under the alarm system has been removed.

I called outsurance and spoke to one of the consultance and she said that the car was with SMD and that they need to follow up with them. they also shifted the blame onto the tow truck guys.

There is a bit of a problem in that since my car was handed over to them, it has been vandalised and parts. This is now delaying my use of the car and necessitating me to hiring a car.

I trust that as a reputable insurer against loss, they will not inflict loss on their clients but take responsibility for this and handle the situation quickly so as to avoid further loss.

I am very disappointed in Outsurance!
