I would like to say thank you to Outsurance for the awesome service received!!!
I had an accident in May and had numerous problems with the pannelbeaters. I ended up waiting 3 months for my car after I had to phone around to get parts for my car myself. After receiving my car I received the disappointing news that they won't fix my bumper due to tow truck error. Long story short, the tow truck company refused to pay the damage they caused to the bumper and Outsurance approved the pannelbeaters to fix it - on Outsurance' cost.
Outsurance sorted the claim from the other party and I'm getting my excess back without any problems or questions.
Except for the stupid pannelbeaters and tow truck I received AMAZING service from Outsurance!
Thank you Grace Mahlangu who was by my side from the day of the accident and Donald Sambo in the claims department. You guys were amazing!!!
