Over the past few years we have had nothing but excellent service from Outsurance. We had a burst geyser 2 years ago on the day we were moving & they had the problem sorted before the removal truck arrived, & they bore the call out & replacement costs! Someone reversed into my car, then tried to avoid paying & Outsurance traced them & made them pay. Just yesterday we had a broken pipe & once again they organised someone to come straight away & covered the call out cost. All we had to pay for was the parts, & our no claim bonus is not affected! After bad experiences with Hollard, we're sticking with Outsurance for life!
