I called to change my address as I moved. Was then told that they can not insure my vehicle as I don't have a gate in my drive way. After getting really upset because they could do nothing. I then asked for my money back so I could find other insurance. I was told no because I had paid??? Then they told me that they would insure me if I took my radio of my insurance, which Is factory fitted by the way. All I could do is say yes but Ill be changing insurers. I was also told that I'd get a call about my grievance but nothing. The worst thing about all of this is that I've been with Virgin for 2 years now and not had a single claim and I have other Virgin product which I'll be canceling
