45% increase in policy with no explanation???

In Dec 2013 we moved two houses down (Same road, same adders only difference was from #C to #B), I called virgin to make the change, I was busy and stressed with the move plus we have a new born, so I said to the guy its fine if there is any problem I will call back. I forgot about the whole thing and in Jan 2014 I get a fat deduction of -R6400 for my insurance (I was paying -R4300) When I called to find out why no one could tell me why? I asked to change the house hold insurance value back to what it was before this big increase, but the big increase was still there??? I persisted that this happened a year earlier as we moved into our current home and then moved out two houses down due to us renovating. A year ago I spoke to a supervisor who then apologised and sorted it out. I was told someone would call me to explain the next day as they do not handle annual increases. its now the end of Jan and still no call from anyone @ virgin? does that mean I have to accept an increase of - 45% for no reason??? this is not good service and honestly unheard of in any business. up to now I was happy with virgin and so are my friends!! I would like to know what changed?
